T-RackS no presets showing on Mac in Catalina

This one is odd. I have a legal copy of T-TrackS installed, but under every folder like "T-RackS Legacy", "T-RackS Legacy Classic Only" and T-RackS Legacy Deluxe", it's just blank, no content when you click the arrows.

But what is weird is I can see the actual tr5p preset files when I go to Documents on my Mac, so they are there. Any ideas?

I am running version 5.4.0 (20G15) 64 bit on 16" MacBook Pro with Catalina and 64GB RAM.

Ah, that's a pity. I was hoping it was an easy solution.

As this is a user-to-user forum and not direct to IKM support, in case no one else chimes in here with advice or a solution the best thing to do is check the FAQs, via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-su ... ck=QUICKSW

If these do not resolve the issue, there is a link to the Technical Support form at the top of the Search FAQs page, for direct help from Official IK Support. They endeavour to reply within 2 working days, but obviously considering the current situation things may take longer than usual.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the issues, but without directly quoting any correspondence from official support.

No response to my support ticket in 5 days, pretty disappointed [mod redacted - please see the rules and guidelines which also specify what to do if you have a ticket that isn't being handled to your satisfaction as this is not a tech support forum, no rage quitting here please]
