Wont authorize

I keep getting the run around here with the support team on authorizing my gear. I've used custom shop for 100th time to restore my gear Tracks 5 but it remains locked. I've used the authorization manager everything goes thru but its still locked. It authorizes on my laptop but my main CPU won't authorize.


On a MAC running os 10.14.6

I'm having the same problem. Was working. May have something to do with latest Windows update. :?

Hi officehours1 and welcome to the forum.

You should open a ticket with official support to help you out with this one, as they will be up to speed with issues any W10 update may have made.

They endeavour to reply within 2 working days, but obviously considering the current situation things may take longer than usual.
