Can't install authorization manager

Postby Disforia » Mon Dec 30, 2019 6:49 pm

I use windows 10. It says:
"setup was unable to create the directory
error 123: the file name, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

What can i do to fix it?
thanks,
Itamar.

Have you downloaded the latest version directly from http://www.ikmultimedia.com/authorizationmanager ?

If not, please try that one. If so and you still have issues, please open a ticket with IK Support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support for direct and official technical support. I'm sure they can get the issue sorted out.

Same here.
Have downloaded today version 1.0.26 for Windows (OS Windows 7 64bit).
Won't install. Error message <Internal error: failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs">
Any idea how to get this to work?

@ andi.sibi,
Please report that problem to Technical Support on the link above.

@ Disforia,
That seems drastic. Please raise that with Support too.

The OP has not posted since this thread so may not read it. In addition, the solution to his problem may well not be applicable to your system.

The best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one investigation and help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days, but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

Hello Kostis and welcome to the forums.

As there have been no responses back from the OP (and their issue may have had a different origin) it is advised to open a support ticket on the link in DarkStar's post above.
