Contacting Support

Hi Guys,

I have contacted support regarding my T-Racks 5 MAX purchase issue but still haven't received a reply from them (even an automatically-generated email). I raised it last Sunday and it is already Wednesday here in Manila. Is there any member of the support here at the forum that I can contact directly? I have contacted Peter and Ryan thru other means (KVR Forum and Facebook), about this as well.

especially the point about responses from Technical Support.

In extreme cases, Ryan or Peter will chase up your Support Ticket. As you have PMed them I expect that they will progress things (they are generally on US time).

Just to set the expectation, am I supposed
to receive an email that my request have been
submitted successfully? Because I did not receive
even an automatically-generated reply.

Sorry I do not know, as I have not needed to use the current Support system :). Another user should be able to comment.

If you use the Sales & Service form instead of the tech support request form you wouldn't get a ticket/reply. If you submitted a technical support request for a specific product etc like http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi you would.
