T-RackS 5 Install / Custom Shop

Postby Sid De La Cruz » Sun May 26, 2019 7:03 pm

I just installed T-RackS 5 and other plugins (I am guessing from the custom shop) were installed as well. I can't use them because they are "Try to buy" how can I get rid of those "try to buy" plugins. They are taking up too much space on my plugin list. They are getting in the way of my work flow when choosing plugins. How can I get rid of them? Is there a way to NOT install the custom shop?

Hello Sid De La Cruz and welcome to the forum.

Which version of T-RackS 5 have you installed?

You can sometimes create a custom plugin list in the plug-in manager of your DAW, depending on which one you use.

Alternatively, you can delete the individual VST/AU/AAX from your hard drive, depending on where your DAW is looking for them. Please be aware that this is not a recommended action by IKM, but will only cause a problem if you then want to demo or buy one of these plugins in the future.

Hope that helps.

Thanks. Yes, that was the only solution I can think of. Is there any other way? I know the downside to deleting each .dll That is one route I do not want to go.

At the moment there is no way of creating a user plugin set up within T-RackS itself I'm afraid.

That is too bad. It would be nice to have a custom installation, like most plugins. Thank you
