Exporting Songs from T-Racks

Postby dhorizon » Mon Mar 04, 2019 5:44 pm

Once a song is mastered in T-Racks stand alone how do you export it? I click export everything looks to be set as WAV form but when it goes to save on the computer it is not it seems to just be a document and i cant change that I get a message saying the ISRC code and the UPC code is invalid. I am not selling the songs why do I need them?

Hi dhorizon

If you are just exporting a WAV file and not DDP, it will create a *.cue file at the same time as the WAV and deposit it in the same place you are saving the file to.

If you don't enter an ISRC or EAN/UPC it will warn you in the Export dialogue box, but it should still export a WAV and Cue file if you click export - I've just tried it.

If you are ONLY getting a Cue file and no WAV generated then I would suggest that you put in a ticket to Official IK Support for some one-to-one help here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

Hope that helps.

In the same place as the *.cue, so wherever you've told T-RackS to Export/Save the file to.
