strange registration...

hello folks!

i buied the magaziene "beat" today. annd this magaziene offer a free download for the
full version of the

White 2A

so far so good

so i used the registrationnumber they send me and The AuthorisationManager did Not take it.
the dot staied red. but minutes later i resived a mail from IK Multimedia wich saied : thanks for your registration.
but the plugin wants to be registerd all the time. 9 days left.

where is the mistake?

Hello Lucas and welcome to the forum.

Have you installed the White 2A only, or did you install/already have installed the (free) T-RackS Custom Shop?

It might be that the single plugin cannot work without the main T-RackS app being installed as well, but I'm not sure of this.
