Strange thing, inverse is missing in my daw vst list? It's present for stand alone Tracks, but not in my daw.

Double-check that the CSR Inverse plug-in file is in the folder where all the T-RackS plug-ins were installed.Rerun the installer?

If so, check that your DAW has not rejected it for some reason. Fix that, if possible

Then, raise a Support Ticket for some one to one help. and, to help out others, lets us know how it gets resolved.

Ok, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same results - Inverse.dll wasn't installed in the vst folder.

However, I didn't realize in Tracktion that there was a separate scan for vst3. I ran it and behold, Inverse is now in.

I need to ask Dark, is there a benefit in using VST3 vs VST? I could go in and remove all the dll files from the vst folder since I've got vst3's installed.

If CSR Inverse.dll is not in the folder along with the others it means that it has not been installed - I suggest that you refer that to Support for investigation.

VST3 vs VST?
The bare minimum for a VST3 plug-in is that it will load and run in a DAW host that loads VST3 plug-ins. But there are two big questions:
-- which VST3-specific features does the plug-in support / use?
-- which VST3-specific features does the DAW host support / use?

(I suppose that the third one is: what are the VST3-specific features?)

I have never bothered with VST3 ;)

I'll notify them this happened 2 times. I'll check my desktop to see which vst folders inverse was installed in to see if that machine displayed the same error.
