Windows cant open file on T racks download

As the title says, I can download T racks in the user area, but when I click on it, it says Win 8.1 cant open it. Thanks

Same thing here. I think the file is corrupt.

Please report this to IK Support with full details (what exact version you're trying to download, etc) and they will check it out.

Lurssen mastering console worked fine. EQ 73 and vintage tube comp are the only ones I tried so far. Both I couldn't open.
