IK Manager wont download nothing

Tech supt linked me a way to get some of the files, but, sample tank 4 isnt there, so, the only way i see is to use the IK manager, its not doing anything, for 3 days now, it wont download squat, it just sits there saying, downloading, but nothing happens.

Can't use any of the tools with out it, lol.



Dell XPS windows PC, never had any issues anywhere with this pc until this manager thing.
For me, its 100% useless, its doing nothing.

Thanks, yea, they had me make a video, but it just is a video of me clking download and nothing happening, haha... pretty easy to explain, but they have me doing all kinds of things that are not working.

Manual download, but, ST4 isnt in the manual downloads, so im stuck for days.

Ahhh well, i hope they get it solved.

Please make sure the download path/directory set in the Settings of IK Product Manager is writeable and has all proper permissions. That may be the issue.

I went to folder properties and advanced, it has a check in the write box, but so far, nah, it wont download still.

restart everything and yes, that is working.... strange as i do write to the folder i had picked, but, anyhow, thanks so much, days of this issue, solved, thanks to you!

Exit out and right-click the IK Multimedia icon and click "run as an administrator." I was experienceing the same problem where I would click "install" and nothing would pop up, not even a percentage.

For me it apperantely worked when I created an new map inside my document folder and just changed my installation path to there instead of a place somewhere regular like my program files...

I chose desktop as path, it can download!
