Probably a old issue
I downloaded yesterday a part of a file 1 MP2_part_9_zip , but the download starts over again at the beginning.
Maybe after downloading a complete file package it will be preserved..i hope so.

I do not have any issues downloading content from IK Multimedia using IK Product Manager or from my user area on the IKM website.
What type of internet connection do you have? Are you using a VPN? Is your PC connected via WIFI or an ethernet cable?
