Sound libraries in different paths?

Hello:
A few days ago I purchased Studio Max...I downloaded all sound libraries in order to back them up. In my Windows Pc, apart from the folder in c:\user\documents\ik multimedia\ik product manager I have found 642GB of samples in the directory c:\users\public\documents\Ik multimedia. In this folder there are 4 folders: Modo Drum, Sampletank 4, Sampletank 3 and SampleTron2...so what should I do in order to have it all tide up and to backit up properly?

Please, I need some help since I ordered the Studio Max 4 and downloaded all the sounds in order to back them up and now I don't know what is where and how to backup since I have different things in different paths
