Asking for a favor from our ST4 windows users

I noticed that I have a piano listed in ST4 that won't load:

C7 Grand Close Mic - Natural

The error is:

Instrument ST4 Error. Cannot locate Tank at path 'C:/Users/Public/Documents/IK Multimedia/SampleTank 4/Samples/SampleTank 4/Acoustic Pianos/C Grand Close Mics/C Grand Close Mics Sustain 1/C Grand Close Mics Sustain 1.pak

which led me to assume something didn't get installed. However, I have every zip file already downloaded from the "My Products" page. I searched every zip file for that .pak file - it is not in my d/l library. I'm hoping someone could tell me what zip file this .pak is associated with?

I found it. This piano was included on the original thumbdrive that IK sent me when I upgraded to ST4.
