I just bought 'SampleTank 4 SE' from Sweetwater. After installing all of the instruments, I have encountered a problem. Whenever I try to select an instrument, it directs me to an error message that says, "Instrument ST4 Error. Cannot locate Tank at path '/Users/Shared/IK Multimedia/SampleTank 4/Samples/SampleTank 4/Guitars/Electric Guitars/BlackLP/Power Chords/Palm Mute/Palm Mute.pak'."
I am currently on Mac. Is the installation path correct? How do I solve this error?
