How to re-install Sample Tank 4

I reimaged my computer (reinstalled Windows 10 wiping everything out that was previously there). Before I did, I saved all my IK files so I wouldn't have to download them again. However, when I go to install all my software libraries with IK Product Manager, it wants to download them again in the same folder that I copied the old files into so there would be two of the same zip file.

How do I bypass the download and get IK Product manager to install from the files on my hard drive?

Make sure that the download file is in the appropriate sub-folder in the IKPM downloads folder.

For the software, that IKPM considers "installed": hover over "installed" and click "Re-install".
