Syntronik Authorization [Resolved]

Hi everyone.
When I am trying to load an instrument in Syntronik I get an Authorization message which says that the selected sound is not authorized.
I have inserted my serial number but nothing changes. I have Windows 11 installed if that plays any role.

First suggestion would be to open the Custom Shop app and 'Restore My Purchases' under your user name.

Let us know if that works.
