How do you OPEN a patch saved in Sampletank 2?

Dear Anyone.

I've got Sampletank 2 32-bit, only just got it, still getting the hang of it. Hence the utterly daft question.

I got 2 guitars from its library and made my own patch out of them, saved it as a .ikmp file straight from Sampletank. Reopened Sampletank and I can't for the life of me see how to open the patch in it! Nothing seems to say 'Load Patch', it won't drag'n'drop - when you experts have finished horse-laughing, how do I open the preset I created?

An .ikmp file in SampleTank 2 is a Combi which can contain the data and parameters for up to 16 instruments. To load it. click the [Load] button up the top of the GUI:
