hammond bx3

hi , i cant get my m audio keystation 49 to work with the hammond. some chap had same problem and said it was a power think and he powered his keyboard and all good. problem is i cqant power the 49, it just comes from the usb.
i had an older copy on test ages ago and when i turned off the split keyboard option it worked fine, but alas not doing it now. any idea when i ccan do

As you have not given us any details we would only be guessing and could take you down the wrong track.

So, a few questions:
-- what have you done so far?
-- what steps have you taken and what problems did you run into?
-- on what MIDI channel is your keyboard sending notes?
-- are you using the B-3X standalone program or in a DAW?
-- if standalone, have you configure the MIDI input and audio output?
-- what happens when you click the B-3X virtual keyboard?
