I Cann't get some Add-on instruments - Total Studio 2 MAX,,

Last year I was upgrade to Total Studio 2 MAX,,

But I Cann't get some Add-on instruments..( Orchestral percussion, American Acoustic, Neil Peart Drums..Etc- )

I sent email to surport team.. but They keep saying "go to My Products"

Has anyone experienced the same difficulties?

Are they listed in your User area / My Products section on the IKM web site.

Are they listed in the iK Product Manager / Sounds tab?

No..There are no any add-on instruments in the list.

'Art Deco Piano' should be in the list.. but there was NONE,, Recently, through promotion I got the Art Deco Piano for free. Therefore,I have the "Art Deco Piano on the list.

Other sample aren't in the list...

Reply to the email from Support saying that the products are not listed in your User Area or in the IK Product Manager and ask them to look at your Account. Moderators and Administrators here have no access at all to User Accounts.

PS: You have not used 2 different Accounts , by any chance?
