Can Sampletank recognise half-pedalling?

Need this for piano, can ST4 see a continuous control pedal for sustain, and thereby allow "half-pedalling" as it is called?

No

By default, Sampletank 4 responds to CC64 as sustain

CC64 is either off or on. It's usually a switch.

If you send values in between 0 and 127 the following are recognised:

Values 0 to 63 are deemed as pedal up.
Values 64 to 127 are deemed as pedal down.
