problems with philarmonik 2 sound content

Hello,

I have problems with the samples for M. Philarmonik 2. No instruments are displayed and I don't know why it doesn't work.
I did the following:
1.Sample tank 4 installed
2. sample tank 4 se sound content download (sample tank 4 sounds content not available)
3. sound content installation in public folder sample tank4
4. Select the sample tank 4 folder in the sample tank 4 folder and load samples
It all worked.
5. M. Philarmonics 2 installed
6. Download all 16 zip. Sample content and concert harp and newst 5 sample folder.
7. samples installed with installer in sample tank 4 public folder
8. 'Refreshes the folder in sample tank 4 - the samples from M. Philarmonik are not displayed.
9. In M. Philarmonik also selected the public folder sample tank 4
10. Unfortunately no instruments are displayed - nothing at all.
What am I doing wrong?

Steps 1-6 seem OK to me

Step 7 - MP2 uses instruments in SampleTank 3 format. The MP2 sounds library should be install into a folder named "SampleTank 3" (And I think I read that you have to install SampleTank 3 too, but I have no idea why).

Please have a good look at the folder hierarchy described in FAQs #1235 and #1239

Anyway, if you can tell which folders and files are for MP2, then you could try
-- create a "SampleTank 3" folder alongside the current "SampleTank 4" folder
-- move the MP2 folders and files into the "SampleTank 3" folder, keeping the same sub-folder hierarchy
- in MP2's Preference Settings, select that "SampleTank 3" folder path
-- in ST4 Preferences / Sound Content, Add the "SampleTank 3" folder path to the list

When installing sample tank 4, a folder structure was created. Why is it wrong?
The samples from MP2 are installed as a subfolder in the sample folder of sample tank. Nevertheless, sample tank4 cannot find the samples - the samples for sample tank 4 can - Why?
I don't understand why the installation is designed to be so user-unfriendly.
I will adjust the folder structure. The folder documents must appear in the folder IK Multimedia?

The folder structure in sample tank4 is understandable.
The folder documents is not clear to me. Is it in IK Multimedia?
Why is the folder directory suddenly with e.g. patterns with:
"/ IK Multimedia / sample tank4 / patterns /" specified?

I can sympathise with your frustration, but
-- the folder structure created by installers in not wrong
-- the MP2 instruments and samples should NOT be installed into the SampleTank 4 library sub-folders - if they are there then ST4 will not recognise them
-- the installation is NOT designed to be user-unfriendly

Please do not adjust the folder structure. Contact Support who will help you out.

I installed all instruments in the sample tank 3 folder. The folder structure of the installation routine differs from the one shown in the link! The folder structure is as shown in https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1239.
The installations were always reported as successful.
Sample tank 4 cannot find any instruments when selecting the sample tank 3 folder - the same for MP2 accordingly.
I have now also contacted the support.
