Why When I go to purchase Sampletank 4 , the only option is "upgrade only"..
Will this work with the CS or do I have to purchase the SE version first..
I am using Sampletank 4 CS

That just means that you get the SampleTank 4 product and library, but at a reduced price. You must have a Qualifying Product (one listed at 99.99 or more) registered in your User Area. Check out the Crossgrades and Upgrades section there.
You do not need ST4 SE.
