Syntronic Deluxe Upgrade

I purchased an UNO synth on Monday and when it arrived today, I registered it and selected Syntronic as my software title. I dig them both so far and went to check the upgrade cost to Deluxe, but it shows no upgrade available. Is the only way to get Deluxe to pay full price? I would've selected SampleTank 4 had I realized there wasn't an upgrade path available from the UNO promotion license.

As far as I know, if you receive an IKM app as part of a deal, you are then not eligible to upgrade from it at a reduced price.

You could put a ticket into official IK support and ask if you can swap your choice of software. They are the only ones that can help you with that one.
