Need a good Windows 2-track editor for Sampletank

I'm looking for a good waveform editor/mastering application on Windows 10 that works with Sampletank. I used Mac OS for a long time and recently converted to Windows. On the Mac I used Bias Peak for many years until it was discontinued then DSP Quattro. I was happy with both applications now I'm trying to find something on the Windows platform that's comparable. At the very least it needs to be able to create loop points and crossfades that Sampletank can read and time stretching and pitch shifting.

Nobody has an answer? surely someone must be creating & editing samples and not just playing back factory stock sounds
