I have iRIg 49 Key
It comes with licenses for some software.
All software was installed on Windows 10 and successfully activated.
The standalone versions of the software such as
Miroslav Philharmonik 2 reports that the license is activated but no licensed instruments are available - it is just an empty list.
Does anybody know what can cause the problem?
The similar problem with SampleTank 3 - It was successfully activated but only one piano is available.

Hello sslyutov and welcome to the forum.
You need to download and install ALL the Sounds Library download files for those products. You will find them all in your User Area / My Products section.
