Oh man, where to start. SampleTank 3 should offer a bunch of great sub-style instruments. Try for one, the 800 Series kit under the SampleTank 3 -> Electronic Drums category. The kick and toms sounds great for some sub bass love. The first Macro control also offer pitch to dive down a little deeper.
If you own SampleTank 3, the SampleTank 2XL library should also be included. This library offers some great sounds like the 'Sub Bass' instrument under the SampleTank 3 -> Synth Bass -> ST2 XL category.
If you have yet to check out some of the other expansion libraries. The Future Synth collection offers 'The Sub' under Synth Bass which is one of my personal favorites for a sub-style bass.
The Syntronik collections also have some great instruments for this. Check out the M-Poly collection. This offers an instrument under the 'Factory' category 'Sub Mentality' which is a useful tool when trying to 'shake the room'.
Be sure to check these instruments out and check through the Audio Demos for the different collections offered in the Custom Shop.
