My computer doesn't recognize my serial number boxed in Authorization manager.

What can i do?

After you have typed the serial number in, what does the Authorisation Manager say?

Serial Number already registered by another user (403)

Did you buy the software second-hand? If so, you need to contact the seller and get them to transfer the licence with IK Multimedia.
