I did the "right click thing" to the installer and it actually worked. I don't know how or why but it did. I like the product but I'm finding it takes a freaking genius to learn all of its features. The manual really isn't helpful. Is anyone aware of a comprehensive tutorial of the program?

Is there something specific you are trying to achieve that isn't covered in the User Manual? Like anything, the longer you spend using the software the more the features becoming embedded.
