'Installation Aborted Cannot find any Sound Content to Copy'

Hi

I've just downloaded the Miroslav Philharmonik 2 latest release from the related downloads area, and on install I get the message 'Installation Aborted Cannot find any Sound Content to Copy'

There is content there as I've checked the folder sizes and each one is from 1.54GB - 2.29GB in size.

Any thoughts ?

i just purchased sample tank 3 and have exactly the same issue. i have just submitted support ticket.

My ticket came back and said to install from Mac HD root, tried it and it didn't work... I'll post their reply.

For anyone else with this problem support eventually suggested I unzip their files using http://www.kekaosx.com/en/...

I didn't hold much hope but it did actually make the difference.

It's just a tool to unzip the files, then installed as normal.

MacOS: Right click on the installer, Show package contents, Click Contents, MacOS, Then click the sample tank installer. Terminal will open, then you should be able to use the installer. Sampletank will rebuild your database, and I think all should be okay after that.

Sorry to hear about the problems. The best thing to do is contact IK Multimedia Support for some one-to-one help, describing what you have tried so far and what problems you ran into.

I was having the same problem with Philharmonik CE2. I followed these steps and it solved everything. THANKS!
