iRig USB Connection Issues with PC and iPad

Hi,
I just purchased the iRig USB and am having issues with connecting it to a laptop and iPad.

1. Laptop (pc). iRig windows driver installed. All cables are in good working order. Installed Program Manager and Mixbox. iRig receives power when connected. Laptop and Mixbox app do not recognize the iRig. When I plug in the iRig, the laptop audibly acknowledges when the cable is plugged in and unplugged.

2. Ipad gen 8. Will not power the iRig. Is there anyway to connect with out the Apple camera adaptor?

On a side note, the iRig connects to my iphone 16 without any problem.

It sounds like you're dealing with connection and power issues. The Mixbox app doesn’t recognize the iRig.

Check Device Manager (Windows) or Try a Different USB Port & Cable.

What do I need to do get get the iPad to power the irig?
