Has someone managed to update firmware of your iRig device?
In my case it is iRig KEYS 2 Pro and updater ends up with an error. It can't even detect FW version which would be helpful too.
FW update potentially could fix my MIDI keyboard connection issues I guess. I have read a few topics that this keyboard keeps disconnecting in some weird and random ways. Design flaw, FW issues? Has anyone experiencing disconnections?
P.S. Also as a side question - is IK Support team even active and doing something? They seems to not bother about my official ticket which I have opened 10 days ago.. What experience have you got with Support team?
