Irig hd x + tonex sound problem

Hi,
After long time i try to use my irig. every 8 second i hear 2 second noise like “pisssst”
Even i remove the cable from irig to guitar it is still continue
Do you have any idea to solve this issue

I found the reason
In the tonex app after I click red dot for connecting tonex net this problem begin.
When i restart and run online everything is ok

So what is you advice?

It sounds like you might be loading a Tone Model / preset that has gear you do not own in it. IK Support can look into it more directly and in detail to determine what is going on if that is not the case.
