iRig Keys 2 Pro - losing connection iPad

Hi!

I'm using an iRig Keys 2 Pro connected to an iPad (Gen 10).
After a while playing around with a software synth (Sythmaster One) or recording software (Garage Band) the connection fails and no midi and no audio signal is received on my iPad anymore. The power supply to the iRig keys 2 pro still exists - the LEDs are on!
I have to disconnect the usb cable, wait a few seconds and then pluck it in again - sometimes more the one time - to make it work again.

Does anyone have the same issue?
