AXE-IO and Amplitube "4" / "5" ?

When I buy an Axe IO (solo or regular) - with the Amplitube "bundle" from a retail legit store as new - do I always get the latest Amplitube? Or could it be old stock and I get stuck at Amplitube 4?

Seems like it would be for whenever I enter the code right?
