BlueBoard: again unable to update firmware

Continuous disconnections on MAC, it seems to be a firmware problem ... after numerous searches and having read various solutions on the forum I tried them all to update it: with cable, without cable, with Windows application, with Android app. Maximum disappointment. I changed the batteries, I tried on more computers, same difficulties. Do you have a solution or do I have to throw away the pedal board?

After MAC updated security the disconnection with the pedal board is resolved but it is still impossible to update the firmware. In my opinion it would be better to improve the procedure with Mac application.
