Axe I/O and the monitor knob :noises

when I turn the knob to the left, there is a background noise and some strange sounds

and nothing in the opposite direction

Mine doesn't exhibit this behavior, I'd suggest contacting IK Support for official tech support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support if you haven't done so already.

no answers

They normally respond within 1-2 business days. You should get a confirmation when you open a ticket with a ticket number. You can also respond to that confirmation to get a status if it has been a while, note that there is heavier than usual volume during the holidays and end of year. Thank you.
