It's been a month since I opened a ticket for this issue and still no resolution. I paid money for this and have not received the software advertised. I feel like I've been scammed.Please someone get back to me

What is your ticket number? Please provide as mentioned in these guidelines: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=19505

Also, the team checked and there aren't any tickets open with your email that is associated with your account so the above information is imperative.
