not connecting,wish i didnt buy this product.so many people had trouble connecting.help me please before i go insane lol

As long as your device is supported per the iRig BlueBoard specs and has Bluetooth 4.0 it should work. Please test with the BlueBoard app/software and if that doesn't work please seek official and direct technical support from the IK Support team at
