iRig Stomp i/o will pedals not working with iphone

i have encountered a lot of compatibility issues and the only way to get this to work is to disable airdrop. however, even so it conflicts and every now and then I have to turn everything off, disconnect and start over from the beginning

And turning off Airdrop doesn´t seem to work

Try to reset the pedalboard. Keep push stomp one, disconnect and reconnect the power supply, then try again

Not here...is strange. If i change on the phone, it changes on the pedal. But not the other way. Tried turning off airdrop and rebooting the pedal. Still waiting for tech service to answer my ticket.

Did u flag usb in facial id?

, in iphone settings, passwords and face, there is a setting for USB off when lock screen or something like that. Turn it on.

I found it depends on how you power up and connect to the iPhone or IPad. Best result I have with power stomp I/O with iOS device disconnected, then start AmpliTube and then connect the lightening cable. Otherwise stomp I/O may not be detected and is not working or it is even crashing the IOS so that my iPad is rebooting. I tried this now with 2 different stomps and 2 iPads and q iPhone 10XR. When it‘s working it is great! All IOS devices are now on IOS15. I contacted technical support but they did not find a fix but exchanged the unit. The new one is behaving identical.

No i'm still having issues even after

turning off airdrop
resetting the board
connecting the board in different orders
doing the usb setting in face/ID

I downloaded MidiWrench on my Iphone and it recognizes the Stomp I/O as a device but there is no communication between stomp I/O buttons being pressed and the iphone. Midi Wrench recognizes no midi events. Been talking to IK via email and I have yet to find a solution other than did you read the FAQ's? Did you read the Manual?
