I rig pro i/o suddenly giving ‘ cannot use the device’ on i

I bought this last week, used it last weekend no problem, and suddenly im getting the dreaded ‘ requires too much power ‘ message on an i pad pro using a proper lightning adaptor ( the same one as last week)
Havent done anyupgrades on i pad or any apps

Any clues as to why this is happening and how to make it work again . ?

Hi, I'm not sure what would cause that as the included Lightning cable should work as it is MFi compliant and designed to work on iOS devices. I suggest opening a ticket with IK Support directly if you have not done so already at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support so they can troubleshoot and see what is causing this issue for you.
