Firmware Updater fail iRig HD2

The firmware updater(Windows) stalled at 3% for several hours. Now my iRig HD2 is a brick. I've tried to run the updater again same results each time. Not very impressed as I've only owned this peice of hardware for 48 hours.Has anyone else run into this?
