I have the Irig Stream and it works fine on both my iphone, ipad and android devices to stream on social media platforms such as Tiktok, SuperLive, Bigo etc etc.
But there is one social media platform called Clapper that I'm having an issue with on any of these devices.
When I have the Clapper app up and running but NOT Live Streaming, you can see that the Irig Stream is working.
The second the Clapper app's is enabled to go Live, then the connection to the Irig Stream is disconnected and the only sound it captures is from the phone/tablet's microphone itself.
I talked to Clapper Support and they said it's an Irig issue. Any help would be apricated.
