I don't know where to ask for new features.
It would be nice if the Axe IO sends computer keystrokes using connected footwswitches on the rear. Now it only sends CC messages.
So by connecting one 2-button footswitch on the rear, I could use it to control Garageband transport (space bar), enable recording ("R" keystroke), enabling/disabling looping ("C" keystroke) or enabling/disabling countdown ("Command"+"K"), etc. Just some examples, but it could also be used in Youtube or Spotify or whatever software that doesn't support midi messages.
Also adding "short press" and "long press" would double usability to those connected footswitches. Even for sending CC messages ie, CC #21 on short press and CC #22 on long press.
And adding PC messages support would also be nice.
