[RESOLVED] HELP! AXE I/O SOLO no Product/Serial Number

I just got an Axe IO SOLO from marketplace. The seller said he had not registered the serial number. When receiving the package, there was no registration card.

I just want to download the control panel software and it's drivers for Windows.

I already sent an email to IK Support but still haven't heard back from them.

PLEASE HELP!
