I am using violin passive pickup to Irig2 to phone 11. I use and adapter to a lightening plug to get from the irig2 to the iPhone.
I cannot access the violin pickup. All it accesses is the built-in microphone. I unplug the violin and get the exact same noise /signal that goes through the effects/amps in the AmpliTube CS app.
1. Where is this built-in microphone? Is it physically in the irig2?
2. How do I make the app/irig choose the pickup?
3. Could Garage band be interfering in the path?
4. Could the irig2 be faulty?
