Original iRig Keys Compatibility?

Hi,
I just dug out of my closet my old iRig Keys I purchased many years back. I haven’t used it for quite some time now. I was wondering if this can still be used with newer Macs and iOS devices. If so, where would I be able to purchase the iOS cable to connect it to the Lightning port on my iPad?

For Lightning connector based iOS devices, the Lightning to Mini-DIN cable (not the charging one) from here states it will work with iRig Keys:
