Bouncing Tonex plugin Studio One

Ok, I have a question about using Tonex in a DAW. So, I use Tonex on my guitar tracks. Various captures. Once the di is properly edited my instinct is to bounce the track so I can remove Tonex and treat the track like I would if I recorded a guitar cab with one microphone, ( I'm old and have done this kind of thing for 20 years to conserve resources). It would be a mono track that I would then process accordingly.

I use Studio One. Since I never use Tonex's effects, I keep the track mono but when I bounce that it doesn't sound as good as if I keep the track stereo. Trust me, I've done the comparison. Tonex plugin's output MUST be stereo to accomodate for the effects (which I don't use). So I would end up with a stereo track. I know it doesn't really matter, but I want it to be like real life, lol.

I'm asking on Facebook, but it's starting to look like most people never bounce their tracks because they have NASA computers apparently!

So what's the BEST way to bounce Tonex plugin to get the best sound?
