I'm receiving an error code while installing Tonex Max

Hi all.
I bought a Tonex foot controller, and would like to get it up and running, so I have so far registered and downloaded the IK product manager, but when I go to download the Tonex Max software, I am getting a error message that reads

"C:\program Files\IM Multimedia\TONEX\TONEX.pak

An error occurred while trying to copy a file:
The source file is corrupted."

I am using as Windows 10 PC, and any info on how to correct this would be appreciated.
