I managed to suss out the IKM product manager. Previously I assumed I could download AT5 from the my products area of the website.
I reinstalled IKM app and felt hopeful when I could see the "install" button. When I click that I get this message: The volume/disk where the download path
/Users/kevinbryden/Documents/IK Multimedia/IK Product Manager
you've selected should be does not exist. Please close this window to select a new path in preferences. (code: 2110)
Anyone able to help with this please?

So, I've got a little bit further. You need to create the folders in the required file path yourself in settings.
This is a very clunky and unsatisfactory way of doing things.
I so hope it's worth it. This is the reason I wasn't able to get AT custom shop. I thought that buying it, it would work smoothly. Oh well.
