License problems with brand new Tonex Pedal

Hi,

I just received my Tonex Pedal from Thomann today and I runned through the installation process but my license code (provided in the brand new box) just gave me the CS software versions of AmpliTube and Tonex instead of the Max and full versions.
Also Thomann says they offer a preset pack to.
The pedal is activated in ik manager and on the website but no trace of those things anywhere.
I emailed Thomann (maybe a repacked Tonex Pedal ? and someone stole the software codes ?) and Ik about this.
This is very not user friendly and I was pretty glad to try this out (did it with the pedal only). But the frustration is high...

That is not the normal experience, TONEX Pedal (all versions, including the Thomann edition) open TONEX MAX when registered. I don't know what happened in this case but have you reached out to Thomann about it? They may have the ability to work with you on the serial issue since it is probably an odd issue with that specific serial and if they need IK's help they will reach out to our rep for assistance.

I reached to everyone (Thomann and IK) I think with Christmas I must be patient...
Anyway its not the proper way to do things in the first place ! I mean a code for each software included in the package would have been way better...

Don't know if you got this resolved? Possibly a stupid question, but does the pedal come with Amplitube 5 or 5 Max? I've just got mine and I thought it came with Max but from what I'm reading possibly not?

It should come with all Max (Tonex software and Amplitube) but mine has a problem with the activation code only giving me CS codes.
I will update as they go if it doesnt work I will send mine back to Thomann.
IK support is really slow imo...

OK, yes please update me with how you get on. I'm getting Tonex max, but can only get Amplitube rather than the max version.. but the more I read I think this might be correct for what's bundled with the pedal?

TONEX Pedal comes with TONEX MAX and AmpliTube 5 (non-MAX). TONEX ONE comes with TONEX SE and AmpliTube 5 SE.
